After moving to South Florida she joined an elite firm and continued her career in the capacity of Director of Administration for various top Florida firms for several years. Having a full understanding of the unique challenges in the day to day operating and managing of law firms, Jacquelyn saw a real need in the market for helping firms navigate overall operations and daily management.  She begin consulting with top firms helping them focus on getting the right talent.
